wanted: dining room table

wanted: Attractive & sturdy Craftsman-style rectangular dining room table with 2 leaves - capable of seating 8 or 10 with the leaves in, 4-6 without - for under $500. Something that will stay sturdy and last at least two generations. Any suggestions?

Way way way way way way way way way way way way way too low.

Keep dreaming. Anything you are going to find for $500 is going to need a lot of work.

I recommend Ikea while you save up a couple of thousand for your dream table.

Well, I could maybe not eat lunch next year and spend $1000. I don't mind used, I don't mind veneers, I don't mind a lot of things; I need something sturdy and not too ugly. How about 6-8, instead of 8-10?
